(hereinafter «PVSL») complies with the requirements established in Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce; in Law 56/2007, of December 28, on Measures to Promote the Information Society; as well as in Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on Personal Data Protection and guarantee of digital rights (hereinafter «LOPDGDD»), and Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of the European Parliament and of the Council, of April 27 («General Data Protection Regulation» or «GDPR»); and to this end has created the following Legal Notice:

This Legal Notice regulates access to and use of the website, including the content and services made available to users through the website, whether by PVSL, its users, or any third parties.
Use of the website is subject to this Legal Notice, which may be updated periodically. However, PVSL will notify of any modifications to the Legal Notice or the Privacy Policy. If the user decides not to accept the Legal Notice, they should refrain from accessing and/or using the content and/or services offered on the website. PVSL reserves the right to improve, modify, or delete, unilaterally and without prior notice, services and/or content of the website based on various criteria, informing users accordingly.
1. Obligation to Make Proper Use of the Portal

The content, as well as the information subject to intellectual property owned by PVSL, will be subject (unless expressly specified otherwise in specific content) to the Creative Commons CC BY-NC-ND license (Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs).

PVSL assumes no responsibility for external links that may be included on the website, as it has no control over them; therefore, the user accesses such content under their sole responsibility and under the terms of use governing them.
4. Privacy Policy
PVSL protects personal data in accordance with the provisions of the Organic Law on Data Protection and the Security Measures Regulation. Information on personal data protection is contained in the Privacy Policy available on the website.
5. Duration and Termination
The website has, in principle, an indefinite duration. However, PVSL is authorized to terminate or suspend the website at any time. When reasonably possible, PVSL will provide prior notice about the termination or suspension of the website.
6. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
These conditions are governed by Spanish law. In case of any discrepancy, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Ibiza, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, unless a different jurisdiction is mandated by law.
